Product Description

 

Product Introduction:

Being an improved AC product, this series of foaming agents is developed especially for the injection technology of EVA based on the high-temperature foaming agents, which is most suitable to the injection foaming products of EVA MD and EVA Injection slipper.

Application specification:

For applying this series of foaming agents in EVA/rubber mixture, a small quantity of zinc oxide or stearates should be added to make it decompose at around 160°c.

 

This series of foaming agents decomposes completely within a short time and endow the finished product with the excellent performance such as hardiness, density, whiteness, tensile strength, and tearing strength. Particularly, it benefits the extensibility, whiteness and better cellular structure of final products.

 

This series of foaming possesses not only the physical performance matching the foaming jetting technology, but also excellent rheological performance and dispersibility that promote flowing and bridging of resins. Not only the foaming agent will avoid the possible premature decomposition caused by high shearing stress during kneading and pelleting, but also decomposes rapidly and without yellow color left by AC decomposition while maintaining other excellent performances of final products.

Package and storage:

This series of foaming agent features excellent stability when stored under common temperature. It should be stored in a cool, dry place away from any sources of heat, spark, open flames, or direct sunlight. Never let it contact directly with acids or alkalis. Good local exhaust ventilation in mixing and handling areas is highly recommended. Be careful not to inhale its powder, make frequent skin contact or swallow it.

 

Each 25kg of this foaming agent is packed in an international standard corrugated paper carton or fiber drum with a polythene liner inside.

 

Each batch of this foaming agent series weighs 3 tons. While using the foaming agent of same batch, only a small quantity is needed to test for confirmation and then the whole batch can be used with certainty.
