The high-temperature foaming agent is produced after ultra-fining treatment and surface denaturing. It is used widely in the foaming of such plastics as EVA, PE, and PVC and many kinds of rubber, and is suitable to hot-pressing foaming in large or small mold and secondary foaming of PE.

Application specification:

   The decomposing temperature for series of high- temperature foaming agents is over 200 amount of gas produced reaches up to 220ml/g(under the standard temperature and pressure[STP]). Gases produced during the decomposition include mainly N₂ and CO₂ accompanied with a small amount of CO and NH₃.

   The decomposing temperature will become adjustable within 150-200 after adding an adequate amount of decomposing activator(foam-promoting agent)to the foaming agent .The common activators include oxides and salts of zinc and barium , stearates and stearate salts.

   This series of foaming agents is characterized by uniform granular size ,stable foaming performance and excellent dispersibility ,which makes it suitable specially for making foamed products under different technological conditions.

Technical index:

     AC series of foaming agents is free of odor and toxicity .It allows easy storage and it is self-quenching .It wont decompose under the common temperature ,however ,it should be kept in the shady cool and dry place and be kept far from hot steam pipeline ,fine source ,and direct sunlight .Never let it contact direct acids and alkalis ,It is suggested that good ventilation conditions should be realized where the  foaming agent is treated or mixed .Be careful not inhale its powder ,not to make frequent skin contact with it and not to swallow it.

   A bag contains 25kg of AC foaming agent; bags are packed in cartons or barrels, depending on clients demand. Users dont have to worry if they feel AC foaming agent series sticky to hands slight while using it. The sticky feeling is the normal trait of this foaming agent. It is not caused by moisture, and it wont affect use.

   The total weight of this foaming agent series in a batch amounts to 4 tons. While using the faming agent of the same batch, uses may test only a handful of if for confirmation; if the test result is OK, then they may use the whole batch with certainty.
