This series of blowing agents is used widely in the foaming of such plastics as EVA,.PE and PVC, natural and synthetic rubbers, and PVC+NBR copolymer. In particular, it is suitable to the hot-pressing foaming of EVA MD .

Application :

The decomposition temperature of ACP series of blowing agents is low, and no activator is needed to add for activating its decomposition. The reduced consumption of foaming adjutant not only lowers the cost ,but also avoids the unwanted color ,therefore it is most suitable to the production of pure white foamed product. In the production of color products, the application of this kind of foaming agent may save a large amount of pigment while making the product color more lucid ,bright, and genuine.

ACP series of low-temperature foaming agents endows the product with a good porous structure; its protruding merit lies in that whiter EVA shoe materials may be produced by applying it meanwhile other physical performance of the product wont be affected.

It is recommended that this series of foaming agents should be used at a lower mixing temperature and under the common curing condition to avoid premature foaming lest uneven pores or coarse holes should occur in the product.

In most cases, the foaming adjuvant as an oxide would affect more or less the excellent rebound elasticity of macromolecular chains of EVA and the like, therefore the application of low-temperature foaming agent series benefits tensile and tearing strength of products, and, in particular, benefits the enhancement of elongation of products.

 Package and storage:

     Series of low-temperature foaming agent is free of odor and toxicity. Its storage performance is good and it is self-quenching. It wont decompose under the common temperature; however, it should be kept in the shady, cool and dry place and be kept far from hot steam pipeline, fire source, and direct sunlight. Never let it contact direct acids and alkalis. It is suggested that good ventilation should be provided in the place where the foaming agent is treated or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, not to make frequent skin contact with it and not to swallow it. This series of foaming agents is intensely hygroscopic, so please pay due attention to moisture-proofing.

    A bag contains 25kg of low-temperature foaming agent; bags are packed in cartons or barrels, depending on clients demand. The total weight of this foaming agent series in a batch amounts to 2 tons. While using the foaming agent of the same batch, users may test only a handful of it for confirmation, and if the test result is OK, they may use the whole batch with certainty.
