This series of foaming agents is developed based on the meticulous research of the technological characteristics of artificial leather. This series of foaming agents may match the different processing technologies of artificial PVC leather.

Application specification:

In contrast with the common AC blowing agents, this king of blowing agents is characterized by more radical decomposition, less residue of the blowing agent, and greater amount of available gas produced. Its consumption may be reduced by 10% or so when used in foaming by release paper method, and be reduced by over 5% when used in foaming by calendaring method. By using this blowing agent, the phenomenon troubling manufacturers-a yellow appears on the surface of white leather-will be eliminated, and the color of product made of the light-colored leather will become more genuine and brighter.

By using this series of foaming agents, the product will show such merits as uniform and fine buddle structure, comfortable touching feel, good rebound elasticity, and strong feeling of natural leather. The effect of artificial veins in the leatherette will be notably improved by using this foaming agent.

This series of foaming agents may match the different technology of leatherette processing, depending on the different decomposing temperature. AC3000F as an ultra-fine high-temperature foaming agent is suitable to the leatherette production by calendaring method, and it is characterized by rapid foam generation.

AC5000F and AC180F are suitable to the leatherette production by release paper method and to the production of semi-PU leatherette respectively. By using AC5000F and AC180F, the temperature of foaming oven may be reduced by 20-30 without affecting foaming speed and quality, which enhances noticeably use intensity and frequency of release paper.

Package and storage:

AC series of foaming agents is free of odor and toxicity. It allows easy storage and it is self-quenching. It wont decompose under the common temperature; however, it should be kept in the shady, cool and dry place and be kept far from hot steam pipeline, fire source, and direct sunlight. Never let it contact direct acids is stored or mixed. Be careful not to inhale its powder, not to make frequent shin contact with is and mot to swallow it.

A bag contains 25kg of this foaming agent; bags are packed in sacks, cartons or barrels, depending on clients demand. Users dont have to worry if they feel AC series of foaming agents sticky to bands slightly while using it. The sticky feeling is the normal trait of the foaming agent, it is not caused by moisture, and it wont affect its use.
